Big Sister Instinct: Considers Chino to be her surrogate little sister much to the latter's initial annoyance.Syaro wonders how she gets so easily distracted. She gets into the thousands, then turns her head, notices a picture album, and gets distracted by that. In S1E10, she starts spouting off prime numbers.Later when she spots a rabbit, she chases after it, completely forgetting about looking for the pen. She looks under a bench without any luck. In S1E09, she goes to the park to help look for Aoyama's lost fountain pen.
She works at the Kafuu family's café Rabbit House along with Chino and Rize, and attends the half-timbered town's public high school with Chiya and (as of vol. She is quite keen on cute things, considers Chino her little sister, and has a very skewed sense of where her talents lie. After a fateful encounter with a Demon Slayer named Giyū Tomioka, Tanjiro goes on a quest to learn what it takes to be a Demon Slayer (which, as the name implies, is someone who slays demons), find a way to cure his sister, and, of course, avenge his family.A ditzy teenage girl who moves from the countryside to the half-timbered town, where she stays at the Kafuu residence as part of a work/study program. Tanjiro holds onto the hope that he can get through to his sister, and it turns out he’s right, some humanity still remaining in Nezuko.
The only family member he has left is his sister, Nezuko, but she’s been transformed into a demon. However, since this is a supernatural series with terrifyingly cool demon designs and jaw-dropping sword fights, Tanjiro goes home to discover that his entire family has been slaughtered by demons. Tanjiro Kamado is the type of boy who would walk your grandmother across the street, carry all of her groceries to her house, put them away, and make her a nice meal before going home to help take care of his own family – he’s the sole source of income, btw, his father having passed away, but he provides for his siblings and mother with a fresh, oven-baked cookie smile.
