Once a player collects a certain number of trophies, he/she will be placed in battle leagues titled "Arena". The number of crowns indicates the number of trophies. Those chests are available as free rewards and also, by winning in matches and competitions. These items can be obtained by winning in multiplayer battles and opening chests. Players can upgrade their troop cards by obtaining more cards and using in-game currency i.e., gold coins. The remaining cards can be obtained by winning against players and earning crowns.
Initially, the players will have some cards by completing the training camp. These troops can be selected from the deck of cards provided to each player.
Players will have their customized troops to fight against the enemy. But if not, then 1 crown is awarded for destroying each subordinate tower. If a player obliterates the King tower, the victory is achieved and he/she gets 3 crowns. Crowns are rewarded according to the number of towers demolished. In 2v2 matches, 2 kings rule the king tower, and there are 2 princess towers on each side instead of 4. There is one main tower titled "King Tower" along with two subordinate towers named "Princess towers". The target here is to protect the pinnacles or towers of the player and to obliterate the same of the enemy.
And in the 2v2 mode, two players fight against another two. Two players fight against each other in the 1v1 mode. The 1v1 and 2v2 are the two types of multiplayer battles available. Clash Royale was awarded as the "Best Game" by Google Play in May of 2016. The mild violence and concurrent strategy make it suitable for the audience who are at least 7 years old.
To date, the game has over 100 million downloads. In under a year from its dispatch, Clash Royale grossed a market revenue of 1 billion USD. The cost of each item in-game ranges from Rs.
